1. How do I order?
After choosing your items, click "Proceed to Checkout" and instructions will be seen afterwards. There will be an email of order confirmation and we will ship your items as soon as we receive the proof of deposit.

Please follow the format stated in the instructions after checking out.

2. How do we pay for our orders?
Payment is bank to bank deposits through BDO, BPI, MetroBank, or Union Bank. Bank details will be provided via email or text messaging.

3. How do we get our orders?
Orders can either be picked up or sent through courier (Lalamove, Grab Express, Angkas, Happy Move, Speedy, AP Cargo, Xend, LBC, JRS Express). Shipping charges are shouldered by the buyer. Note that shipping rates shown are base rates only. Customers will be informed about additional charges, depending on the bulk and sizes of their orders.

4. How long before we get our orders?
1-3 days for Metro Manila and 3-5 days in provincial areas after we receive payment.

5. Will we know the tracking number of our orders?

Yes, JC Lucas Kids will email you the tracking # of the courier so you can check online. 


6. Are our products safe and reliable?

Our products are certified safe for children as we make sure to comply with FDA's Health and Safety Standards on Toys Manufacturing.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

JC Lucas Kids provides and internet-based venue for the sale and purchase of our products manufactured. In addition to these terms, your use of the site to purchase products signifies your legal and binding agreement to our conditions of sale. If you are to purchase products through our website, the registration form must be completed with accurate, complete and current information. JC Lucas Kids will review and approve your information. Once accepted, you will be allowed to make online purchases subject to these terms.

All items purchased from JC Lucas Kids are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss/breakage and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We will only be held liable if proven that the loss or breakage came from our warehouse.
 


REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
Consumers are entitled to either an exchange or refund if there is a defect in the quality of the product. Proof of damage along with the official receipt issued must be submitted within 3 days  after receiving the product.  However, JC Lucas Kids will not be liable for the damages not presented during the return transaction and has the right to disclaim agreement.
